The Healthcare Club is committed to helping its members with their professional development. The Club also has numerous programs dedicated to those members who are looking to transition into the healthcare industry (i.e. career switchers).

The Club offers programs and events, including:

• The HBS Healthcare Club Conference, which includes a Career Fair and is attended by representatives from dozens of potential employers
• A Mentorship Program that pairs 1st years who are interested in a particular healthcare sector with 2nd years who have experience in that sector
• Career Mixers to allow students to share their experience and insight with other Club members
• The Healthcare Club Grant Program, which provides financial support for Club members who want to pursue extracurricular projects in the healthcare arena

IIn addition the Club publishes a weekly careers update aimed at providing a one-stop guide to the coming week's recruiting events, networking opportunities, and career related deadlines.

The Healthcare Club also works closely with MBA Career Services to facilitate events with recruiters committed to hiring Healthcare Club members.  Club members can check the calendar of events for Healthcare Club specific recruiting events.
